How to opt out
1. Email us — the simplest method. Send a message to info@byrovina.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. Include the email address you use with us so we can locate your record. We will action your request and confirm by email, normally within a few business days and always within 45 days.
2. Use a browser opt-out signal — we honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by law. Enabling GPC in a supported browser or extension automatically signals your opt-out when you visit our site.
3. Control cookies in your browser — you can block or delete advertising and analytics cookies at any time in your browser settings. Essential cookies must remain enabled for the cart and checkout to work.
4. Opt out directly with the ad platforms:
- Meta — Settings → Ads → Ad Preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.
- Google — My Ad Center in your Google account.
What happens after you opt out
We stop sharing your personal information with advertising partners for targeted advertising. You will still see ads online, but they will be less relevant to you.
Opting out does not affect your orders, your account, your refund rights or our ability to send you transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping notifications.
We will never charge you more, give you a lower level of service or deny you products because you exercised this right.

Authorised agents
You may appoint someone to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for written proof of their authority and may contact you directly to confirm the request is genuine.
