These Terms govern your use of byrovina.com and any purchase you make from us. The site is operated by LKN ECOM L.L.C.. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products and dietary supplement notice
Rovina™ products are dietary supplements, not medicines.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Content on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication.
Individual results vary. Testimonials and reviews reflect the experience of individual customers and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome. Some contributors may have received compensation.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where stock is unavailable, a price is listed in error, payment is declined, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund you in full.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, household or address.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card details.
- Bundle offers such as Buy 3, Get 3 FREE are promotional pricing on a single order and cannot be combined, split across orders, or exchanged for cash.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the error.
5. Shipping, title and risk
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to your address. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will make it right.
For international orders you are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Orders are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Rovina does not operate subscriptions or recurring billing — every order is a one-time purchase.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy content systematically, to submit false information, or to resell our products without our written permission.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you post a review or send us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own and is not unlawful. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or makes unsupported health claims.
10. Intellectual property
All content on byrovina.com — including the Rovina™ name and logo, text, images, graphics and page design — is owned by LKN ECOM L.L.C. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our prior written consent.
11. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits our 90-day money-back guarantee, or any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LKN ECOM L.L.C. and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our products.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LKN ECOM L.L.C. from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revision date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The Terms that apply to your order are those in force on the date you placed it.
