LKN ECOM L.L.C. (“Rovina”, “we”, “us”) operates byrovina.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information you give us

Order information — name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number.
Payment information — card details are entered directly with our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number. We receive only the last four digits, card brand and authorisation result.
Account information — if you create an account, your username, hashed password and order history.
Communications — messages you send us by email, phone or contact form, and any order notes you add at checkout.
Marketing preferences — if you subscribe to our newsletter.

2. Information collected automatically

When you browse byrovina.com we automatically collect device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and the products you view or add to cart.

This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including:

Essential cookies — required for the cart, checkout and login to function. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics — Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used.
Advertising — Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads tags, used to measure ad performance and to show you relevant ads on other platforms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent checkout from working.

3. How we use your information

To process, fulfil and deliver your orders.
To send transactional messages — order confirmation, shipping notification, tracking, refund confirmation.
To provide customer support and answer your enquiries.
To screen orders for fraud and payment risk.
To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
With your consent, to send marketing emails about products and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
To measure and improve our advertising and our website.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who need it to run our business:

Payment processing — Stripe, PayPal.
Hosting — Hostinger (our web infrastructure).
Shipping and fulfilment — our fulfilment centre and carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
Email delivery — our transactional email provider.
Analytics and advertising — Google, Meta.

We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena or lawful request, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.

5. Targeted advertising and “sale” of data

We use Meta Pixel and Google Ads to show you relevant advertising. Under some U.S. state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA — sharing data with advertising partners in this way may be classed as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even though no money changes hands.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we hold about you.
Access a copy of it in a portable format.
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete your information, subject to our legal record-keeping duties.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising.
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights — we will not charge you more or give you worse service.

To exercise any right, email info@byrovina.com. We will verify your identity (usually by confirming your order details) and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorised agent; we may ask for proof of their authority.

If you are in the EEA or UK, our lawful bases for processing are performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving our service), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (tax records). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet U.S. tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s default retention period. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

8. Security

byrovina.com is served over encrypted HTTPS. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors and never touches our servers. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers are primarily located there. If you order from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Children

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Do Not Track

Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals. We do honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or the law. The revision date at the top always shows the current version.
